I’ve really been enjoying Shyamalan’s recent run. Big wacky concepts, not taking themselves too seriously but still some genuinely striking and creepy moments. Looking forward to this one!
>While vacationing at a remote cabin, a young girl and her parents are taken hostage by four armed strangers who demand that the family make an unthinkable choice to avert the apocalypse. With limited access to the outside world, the family must decide what they believe before all is lost.
Cast:
* Dave Bautista
* Jonathan Groff
* Ben Aldridge
* Nikki Amuka-Bird
* Kristen Cui
* Abby Quinn
* Rupert Grint
Between this and the Scream 6 subway poster, it feels like Hollywood poster designers are finally getting their shit together after a long stretch of nothing but generic bullshit
I really loved The Visit and Split, so I’m pretty excited for this. I haven’t seen Glass or Old, yet, so I don’t have much in the way of negative expectations. If Shyamalan can keep himself in check, he crafts some really engaging stories.
Let’s see if he hamfists this one into a half assed “tRiLoGy”.
Seriously, the *”Eastrail 177 trilogy”* was such a reach for us to believe he was planning a trilogy at all, it’s almost like it was an afterthought because film franchises were so popular, and he wanted in on the action.
Creepy cabin in the woods cliche for fuck sake this will be shockingly shit. SPLIT was fucking diabolical as well. The people that got hyped by that need to get their heads checked. McAvoy was alright in it, but story and direction were terrible. Complete joke is M Night.
This movie isn’t written by him, it is based on the book The Cabin at the End of The World by Paul Tremblay.
It’s sad that nowhere on the poster or in the trailer is it stated that it’s based in a book. Please if you like the idea of this movie, buy a copy of the book and support the actual author.

this is sick, love the space between the fingers doubling as the people
Loving the Saul Bass inspired poster. Very nice homage.
It’s out February 3:

Will it be better than Cabin in the Woods? Trick question…
Between this and the Scream 6 subway poster, it feels like Hollywood poster designers are finally getting their shit together after a long stretch of nothing but generic bullshit
With no mention of the book it’s based on… huh.
Hopefully it’s not more like “Garbage at the cabin”
Can’t wait!
Dave Bautistas silhouette is so distinct, couldn’t tell you who any of the other actors in this are.
Seems very Saul Bass.
Great poster, hopefully the movie is as good lol
I want the same printer Shaylamayan uses to print money for his crappy movies.
He’s beyond his prime imo
Plottwist: There was no knock at the cabin
now THIS is a poster.

Nope. Never giving this shit bird another chance.
I will say this forever. OLD is the single worst movie to ever be constructed. Everyone on that film should be in prison.
I’ve officially given up on Shyamalan after Old. Hell I still supported him after the Village which I thought was excellent.
I don’t like Shyamalan as a director aside from The Sixth Sense, but dang that’s a cool poster. Very 80’s-looking.
What the hell? An *actual* poster and not just a photo collage? That’s great!
Poster better than the movie. Jk, I hope it’s good
Love the poster.
Still no credit to the author of the book, Paul Tremblay.
Also, still a weird choice to change it to a subpar title, from the superior title “Cabin at the End of the World”.
Maybe because I watched Glass Onion a few weeks ago, But how did I figure the big guy was Dave Bautista.
Let’s see if he hamfists this one into a half assed “tRiLoGy”.

I don’t want to know what this graphic designer makes. JFC that is some terrible art.
Still no mention of the novel!
the twist is they are actually the cabin and the cabin is actually people
He’s trying for a Saul Bass / Hitchcock-esque look for the poster.
What a twist!
let me guess there will be a big twist near the end of the film
Now that’s a great poster.
cool poster even tho I know the films gonna be 🚮
Can’t wait!
Looks really interesting
The twist at the end of the movie is that it was a bungalow. Not a cabin..
The twist is that the cabin is an exhibit at a muesuem
Lovely poster. A style that is time proof.
Nigh has better posters than films. thats worrying
Very cool poster. Excited to see this movie.
Damn, this is pretty great poster
Will you make a choice?

I don’t know the premise, but the twist will be that they’re all dead.
This already looks hamfisted
PLEASE LET THIS BE GOOD!
Damn, I read the movie title as “Cabin in The Woods” – twice.
