I’d bet dollars to dougnuts that’s an unlicensed use of the ROM. That version was developed by Nintendo R&D1.

Fully playable, but you can imagine a tad trickier at higher levels using camera controls

My kid has the same camera. Saw snake but didn’t look past that.
When can I expect Nintendo to come seize it from me?
My kids got this same camera for Christmas this year. I had no idea the game was on there. Then out of no where in the car I hear that theme song as they discovered it and got even happier with their gifts.
Why tho?
