Do people say “Zerg” outside of the context of Starcraft? Do CSGO players say “Yeah let’s Zerg Rush B”? I also love the scrub quote in the description of it.
I’m confused about nerf. As far as my understanding it’s usually in the context that the game has nerfed something with an update. Or am I wrong and it’s an insult now?
Edit: First time I’ve used/seen the word “gank”(Gang and kill) was back in 2005 in Vanilla WoW where you would use number advantage to kill a player or a group of players in PvP. I don’t consider using number advantage as a “underhanded tactic” as it’s not considered “dishonest”. Then it would be used in MOBAs for the same reason; number advantage.
Edit 2: grammar and additional clarification
I’m shocked that some ppl never heard of HF.
Wishing your opponent “good luck” (GL) and “have fun” (HF) is just good sportsmanship. Same as saying “good game” (GG) at the end of a match.
In shooter games there was also “nice shot” (NS) when your opponent got a good headshot on you, but I don’t see that anymore nowadays.

How did they miss literally the most popular one “gg”
Actually, not too bad. If you are new to online gaming, these could come handy.
I mean it’s not that bad, some of these definitions are so-so, but overall quite good. How else could you define then?

Now I know why my son keeps saying Bussin… I’m officially old. Damn it
I must be old. None of this looks wrong and I could see how it would be helpful for some.
I’ve never heard someone say Zerg once
Thought it was funny until I saw Bussin and Skrt.
Now I’m just irrationally disappointed in the world.
I’m shocked that some ppl never heard of HF.
