My local public library gets most new game releases on XSX/PS5/NSW 👌🏻.

I just started playing dqxi it’s a great game so far
And you can just borrow them? Like a book?
That’s pretty cool. I’m for this.
That’s excellent!
I love the Dragon Warrior series, but 11 was too “hand-holdy” for me.
Hoping 12 gives more freedom and challenge.
And yes, I said Warrior. I’m old skool cool… 😎
They’ve been out for a lil’ while…
Libraries are amazing. Glad people are using them so much still.
This is sick, didnt know some libraries around the World still had this kind of service!
Make the tax payers pay for my game now!
That is fantastic. Great games.
Great way to save money.
“Game card is kept at Costumer Service desk”, what do you mean? You buy empty cases so you save the card inside?
My local library does this, as well. If you’re patient, it’s worth the money you save. I’m currently waiting to get Three Hopes from the library (Pittsburgh).
Probably the two best Japanese third party games on the Switch.
Lmao let me just check dragon quest out for a 3 months, those JRPGs take forever. Great game tho
Don’t underestimate libraries for video games. I just beat horizon forbidden west and want to play Kena bridge of spirits.
They have a kid and a adult video game section at my local library. Interestingly, I offered to donate my old games and they declined the offer, yet they will happily take all of my crappy old magazines and books.
I wish they had this when I was kid.
I’m in Canada as well and my library has most of the new releases as well. I got to play Elden Ring and the Quarry through my library. I spend very little on games because the library lets you keep it for 3 weeks so I don’t need to buy most games. It’s pretty great. Just have to be patient sometimes.
How can I find out which local libraries might have games? I’m sure I could go there to find out but there’s a lot and it’s hard to know which ones are open or active or well serviced, versus ones that might be shut down or not really so modern or have games or anything like that. I’m hoping there’s a way to check online.
Im surprised libraries are still legal. With all the “YOU CANT SHARE THIS PRODUCT” bullshit
That’s awsome
Kudos!
Same
Did you know you can also 3D print things (for free!) At the library. You may or may not have to supply your own filament!
It’s wild what Libraries are doing for us these days!
