For a bit of context: my uncle (on the right) passed away a few days ago. I found this picture of him and my dad and wanted to share. Backstory: My mom’s father refused to come to the wedding (because she was marrying a French man and not someone from the Maghreb). So my amazing uncle, who was married to my mom’s sister and was best buddies with my dad, chose to walk my mom down the aisle instead.

As someone who grew up in the 80’s I can certainly tell what decade that was without the (1986). Just needs a little more pastel colors and it will hit all the 80’s buttons…
