My buddies 6 y/o neighbor likes to put on backyard Metallica concerts for us. He was born premature and has to be fed 22hrs a day through the backpack he is wearing, despite all of that he is the happiest and most amazing boy I’ve ever met.

This was on his birthday a couple of weeks ago, we got him the Jackson guitar he is holding. He ran off with it before I could tune it up LOL. This video he was actually pretty mild, you should hear him play St. Anger – RIP any chairs that are close because they are getting kicked over! He has to be the most adorable thing I have ever seen. I asked him for his autograph and he signed it “James Hetfield”. He wouldnt let us in the backyard without a printed ticket.

At first I thought “Aw he’s pretending to play in time with the music, that’s adorable !”
Then I realized this kid shreds better than I do.
For a 6 year old, his rhythm is fantastic. The fact he learned this himself is amazing. This kid is going places.

Hey old rockers need light up shoes to liven up their shows. This kid is awesome.
He’s got a great sense of performance/stage presence for his age – the way he headbangs at rhythmically and melodically sensible points, the way he moves about in the space.
Holy shit, I love this in so many ways. As a guitar player and Metallica fan, I love seeing a six year old with an obvious passion just rocking it! As the father of a premature kid on a g-tube, I love to see him thriving and rocking through his own little hurdles. This video is awesome and made my day! I love it.
