I have had this album and this track on repeat for forever. Brilliant collaboration, I was so mad I couldn’t see the live show…
Other tracks I love are Monkey Bee and Pigsy in Space. Has serious David Bowie space oddity vibes.
Love this album. First heard it as a video of a live performance. Damon Albarn has such wide musical scope
Oh wow – thank you for this memory! I saw the show at the O2 and thought about nothing else for days afterwards, it was so beautiful and cleverly done. I’ve tried to find a video of it but haven’t had any luck – I’d love to know if anyone’s aware of anything online or to buy.

Saw this show as a kid, album was awesome and all the art was done by Jamie Hewlett. He does all the gorillaz art too! Amazing that people still remember this
