Men’s Mental Well Being : Boy Time is Great for Mental & Physical Health!


Men and women experience hardships. Mental health decline is something that affects us all worldwide. Men’s numbers of sui*ide are at an all time high especially.

So many suggestions and so called remedies are out there in the literature and scholarly journals. But one thing that many don’t think of is the simplicity of just making time for one another.

Time with the boys is always something that helps me and my bros. Even our male elders have told us that in the past alienating themselves from everyone with a ” I don’t need anyone” mentality ended up back firing on them mentally. Combining that with a workout and good conversation is such a small gesture but it’s one thing that works for us.
