Hard to play after Mafia 1 DE, mechanics wise 🤔 but the game is really good

I love the first two. The third one sucked in my opinion, but the first two are masterpieces

My fav game , I have completed it 3-4 times now including DLCs , the environment just takes you back like you can feel you are in 1940s
Back then (and still) one of my most favorite games. It’s a shame that the development was a mess. Apparently there were so many features and story-elements they just dropped…
I wish it could have been remastered using the Mafia III updated engine like the original got. Still such a solid game.

Played the trilogy back in 2021. Mafia 1 and 2 were amazing but 3 was repetitive and boring. They should remake (not remaster!) Mafia 2, it deserves it.

My favorite game out of all that i have played – Will literally keep replaying it again and again and i’ll probably never get bored doing it, a damn good story with damn good graphics that still hold up today and that gameplay and 40’s-50’s aesthetic! Pure bliss 😀😁😊

I remember playing the game and having a glitch where u fell through the road when I tried to start a game.
I only played a demo of it back in the day and thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ll see if it’s on switch of PS4
Great game. I get that annoying police freeze/slowdown bug so can’t really play it anymore .
I really loved Mafia 2 but after playing and finishing the 1st (remake), I felt the 2nd one didn’t age well.
I remember constantly stealing cars and crushing them for money lol. That is a fantastic game though, the marketing behind it when it first came out was great too.
Opening when you come back to Empire Bay and Joe drives you through city and Let it snow is playing in radio is most Christmas feeling I even got from any game

It is a great game but damn did this game need a more fleshed out open world.
Also down time between missions. Maybe they wanted to be different from GTA but like the very fact as soon as u wake up every time Vito has a mission straight from his house. It’s super annoying
I picked up the first one when it was free several months ago but haven’t really had much if a chance to dig into it. I saw 2 and 3 on sale last week so I picked them up. I played the first mission in 3 and liked what I saw. Looking forward to a deep dive into this series.
