A reminder that over 1300 people died yesterday from COVID in the US alone. The only reason people are telling you “we can remove the masks!” is so that they can pretend we aren’t in a pandemic anymore.
News flash: We are still in a pandemic and should still be masking and vaxxing.
My fear isn’t that it will disappoint me, but that I won’t achieve it. And then I say that every single day is a new attempt at making progress. Hokey maybe, but it gets me through.
If you’re looking to end a conversation complain about your job. I discovered this when I went through a rough patch and all of the people I listened to patiently in the past high tailed it.
I’m waiting for the antimaskers to start wearing masks now. They don’t trust the government so they will do the opposite. It’s not about the mask, it’s about doing the opposite just to be difficult.
