Mad TV was so much better at ending sketches than SNL. For some reason, that’s always been the SNL weakness. They go on for too long and have a weak ending or no ending at all. No final punch.
I mean, imagine this kind of thing on TV today!

This is peak 2000’s humor
I remember this show. My brother and I used to call it SNL on crack. And it always made us laugh harder than SNL ever did. Good times. 😁
