I really love Nier Automata, I even got the ending E because I love the story and the characters, but when I’m trying to replay the game, I just can’t get into it again, I can’t help but feel instantly bored when I realized how empty and repetitive the questlines are, some of the sidequest feels like an unimportant challenge and the world maps itself is overused (they use the same spot for plenty of story’s objective), there’s not many enemy varieties, and there’s some more that didn’t need to be said).
Despite my complaint, still >!the credit mini game of ending E!< is still one of my favorite unique moment in gaming of all time.

Agreed! Even the most linear of sidequests give you some insight about the world or more simply, a laugh. This game is truly a one of a kind.
Not just the side quests. The whole game is fucking fantastic.
