Kurt Russell probably had the best transition from child actor to adult actor in terms of being so prolific as a child actor but still almost exclusively known for his adult career. Probably because his child roles were mostly popular stuff but not enduring like his adult work. Everybody remembers The Thing and Escape From New York whereas his tv and Disney movies have faded from memory.
I never watched much of this show as I was too young at the time to really care about it. But I am wondering, did they have special guests that appeared on the show?
If so, how did they explain the fact these people would show up and leave, never to be seen again? Or was this just a plot hole they chose to ignore?
