The way that amateur videos always distort so hard when the volume is loud makes these sorts of videos extra hilarious. Just the way it’s so quiet and he says “I quit” and then the music just smashes in as if God is in the marching band. So good.
lol its too perfect the way his boss just walks up and starts barking orders without asking any questions. in just a few words we can all tell the ex-boss was horrible to work for.
I’m so disappointed they didn’t have full formal marching band attire, that would have made this perfection. Then have him dressed as a conductor with the band hiding up the hall, only revealing themselves after the letter of resignation.
Funny how this apparently popped up in more people’s algorithm. I just watched this video again 2 days ago, because Youtube recommended it. I guess it was time…
“Guys what in the hell. All of you get out *right now*”
Up until this moment, you arent really sure if he’s just doing this for internet fame points or if he just has a job in laundry that *nobody* would like. The manager shows up, bares his WHOLE ASS in front of planet earth, and suddenly we all see for ourselves why Joey quit.
Ive been a manager. I get that there are places non-employees cannot go.
My first words would have been “Joey *chuckle* what on earth is this?” and I would have been smiling and confused and INTERESTED. Sure, those people cant be back there and I would have said so “hey so you know I cant have you all back here. Lets head out to the lobby area.”
I guess that’s why I never had a whole marching band show up for someone’s resignation.

This happened in my city, Joey is a member of the marching band as well
A YT classic
My favorite is the girl who changes the sign from “3” to “0” days without lost time accident.
This ends exactly like early What We Do in the Shadows episodes: walking off into the night and playing a slightly off-tempo drum and horns song
The exact opposite of quiet quitting.
Hopefully, all of Tim Gurner’s staff in the following weeks

Edit: spelling
Same vibe: [Man being fired brings emotional support clown to meeting](https://nypost.com/2019/09/13/man-being-fired-brings-emotional-support-clown-to-meeting/)
Joey makes music too, check out Downtown Boys and La Neve. Still kicking to this day. Love this video.
It’s supposed to be “Jimmy quit, Joey got married – I should have known we’d never get far!”
[Joey’s career took a very different path after this.](https://youtu.be/oAHwooJ-jY8?si=RJHBD16SLIUc3-sM)

Every time this video comes up I just know that manager is thrilled he quit, so he didn’t have to fire him and pay unemployment.
An old classic that never fails to make me chuckle lol
Bubamara is a great song to quit with haha.
Can highly recommend the movie Black cat, White cat where it’s the soundtrack, hilarious movie
Awesome
I love it so much.
That was awesome..

That was the most entertaining way to quit! Hats of to Joey!
This should really be a government job for Band-Nerds. Taxpayer funded joy at quitting your shitty boss.
The most hilarious part of that isn’t the band…it’s the look on the Boss’s face when he realized he fucked up BAD.

Lucky they put that beep in or I would have known his name was Joey Francesco.
I buy my own hotel.
That bald dude did seem like a dick, and I’ve only known him for 2 seconds.
Quitting a shit job is one of the best feelings you can get outside of bef
I am so envious..
