This movie is going to be bad. I’m calling it.

Does Victor Salva own the rights to the Creeper? If he does, does that mean he earns money for this movie despite not writing or directing it? Because if he does, no one should see this movie.
Was hoping for a more original setting that an abandoned house. Plus, it makes the truck and wings useless.
So we basically saw the whole plot from the trailer. Its prolly gonna be trash.
Being a Horror fan is just good these days
Why can’t we just get another film like the first one? Low budget and grounded to reality (at least for the first part). JC1 was so good because we spent so much time with the siblings and saw them get terrorized by the Creeper little by little until all hell broke loose. The second one, too. The high schoolers realized the stakes and came up with ideas I think a lot of us would also come up with if we were in that situation. Those are the kind of horror films I enjoy. A somewhat realistic killer hunting people we can root for. This just looks generic, with no space for creativity aside from lame jumpscares.
So, all legal stuff is already settled? I heared there was going to be a hearing on September, if i’am not mistaken.
Now regarding the trailer, i liked it, it seems that it will be fun, creativity is better than lots and lots of special effects.
The constant barrage of loud music cues in this trailer were annoying as fuck. Also, fuck Victor Salva.
This looks a little janky, but I like the cast. And there’s no pedo director involved. Could be good.
