still have rif installed and no official app. Reddit gave my phone time to TicTok by being twats to their primary supporters (app devs and mods alike). Many subs are still trash without moderation. Big win you guys. Much smartness.
Is it just me, or has the official app actually gotten worse since they limited 3rd party apps? I’ve had it crash on me a few times this past week, and it forgets my place in a video if I so much as receive a text notification.
Y’all are so over dramatic. Look, I used and only knew Baconreader for years and years. Never once used the Reddit official app. Well, they killed that and I’ve been on the official app since. It’s not THAT different and I only have a few minor complaints.
I just wish I could change my settings to open a specific sub when I launch the app. That and filter subreddits from r/all.. I miss Narwal but I can’t justify paying for social media right now.
It’s been months and yes I’m still here, but I’m still shocked at how fucking terrible the Official app is. Apollo was one dude and SO much better designed
I tried the official app, once. Haven’t touched Reddit on my phone for weeks now.
I’ve only ever used the official app. I never knew 3rd party apps even existed.
Isn’t this the scene where she’s a doctor and is going to move to Canada?
I still miss RIF while I scroll through all these trash promoted posts

Hopefully not many see this comment … check out RedReader and thank me later.

How hard is it to make another one?
This official dogshit of an app, i wish it burn to the ground. The piece of shit is getting worse.
I’m on boost right now and it still works. I’m confused

Whatever happened to the high quality gifs subreddit?
Anyone else like not really care about this? I’ve never heard of any other app or website that’s accessed through a 3rd party app
