I got to a major plot point in Halo 2 and stopped playing. I didn’t hate what was going on, I just…I dunno. I never went back to it.

Halo, halo 2 and halo 3 are all so incredible.
You’re in for a treat. Still my unironic favourite in the series. I got to it only 7 years too late.
Such an epic gaming experience. I can still remember the music, gives me chills just thinking about it. Don’t be afraid to try out all the weapons. Crazy tactics are usually the best tactics. Oh and it’s possible to ignite grenades with other grenades. So if you get into a bind, make a boom trap.
Ah man that’s the OG version of Halo CE. You can tell because it still has the game demos. Better boot up that Fusion Frenzy demo!
You didn’t have to wait so long, the game came out in 2001
I recommend the original graphics, if you have the Anniversary edition. They just offer something else, spookier in my opinion.

Man, I remember when this came out, it was all me and my friends could talk about for months. I’m not even kidding, my memory is very foggy from those years, but I’ll always remember how much fun we had playing this. You’re in for a treat!
I played it on launch and again a few months ago and it still holds up in terms of story telling, action and mechanics. It really was ahead of its time and not just for a ‘console game’.
