Can’t remember Ricky gervais in it!!
This just clicked for me, the PS3 is and will always be the last console to see two mainline GTA games.

Just found out that GTA 4 is only 5 dollars right now.
I don’t know what it was about this game when it initially released, but I remember playing through it and thinking it was fun but nothing amazing. After replaying this recently, I’ve grown to appreciate it so much more now, because as much as I like GTA V, It’s predecessors (GTA lll-GTA IV) had this certain unexplainable kind of charm that I felt was absent in GTA V.
This was how I first heard of Gervais I think.
God damn GTA 4 is just absolute top tier gaming. My mind was blown when you could just go sit and watch a theater performance or a stand up set.

Just completed the story missions last night! Never spent a dime on weapons or armor (not an impressive feat at all, I just never thought to try it in all my playthroughs over the years)!
It would be great if they bring this back.

Question is it worth buying gta 4 in 2023 even though the online servers are dead but it still has a great story plus story dlc?
I have no idea what has happened. I know Ricky was in GTA 4.
It would have been fun if you could disrupt the shows, like heckle the comics and get called out, or get kicked out for starting trouble. It’s GTA, you should have some options to be a jerk. It’s like Postal 2, if you wanted to, you could unzip your pants in front of Garry Coleman and hear him call you out, and even pee on him, which leads to him pulling out an assault rifle and his body guards opening fire on you instead of the normal mission cut scene.
I just 100%-ed gta4 a couple months ago and this set was garbage. Were there multiple sets? Maybe I saw the worst one? There wasn’t a single funny joke in the annoying five minutes
