AMD has already come out and said they sandbagged their numbers at computex. . The numbers presented were along the lower end of their results. The said >15% uplift in ipc. . Which actually is >30% but people freaked out when they just used the 15%
The fact that people actually believe you even need anything more then 8-12 cores especially for gaming.. at that point it’s gonna depend more on the gamer using it.

Intel REALLY wishes, they know full well AMD did not give the full stats purposely, while Intel did.
There is a reason Intel has to make a freaking dream team right now to compete with chip designs coming out by 2025 by their own words…. they sat on their ass far too long and they are playing a serious game of catchup.
