He did great work with Darnold and Cam this season
I don’t know many NFL coaches with any depth, and he may well be great. However, NFL teams really don’t seem to be doing much to increase the number of Afican-American coaches in a sport that is 70% black. The most charitable explanation is that they are tone deaf, even as they are being sued.
Please take this just as an observation. I am interested to know if others see it similarly.
