I lost all my runes during my trip and got kidnapped and held hostage by some local centipede things after choosing a chest opening excursion from a shady fellow in the hotel lobby who caught my attention by calling me maidenless.
I unironically love “visiting” incredible places in games, and always save some screenshots of the coolest and most beautiful places like if they were postcards hahaha.
I have to admit, my first time traveling to Europe to check out old castles and stuff was surprisingly muted thanks to the crazy shit I’ve seen in games. I haven’t decided if that is something to worry about yet, but exploring Souls series castles like this completely ruined real life for me or something.
That said, gaming forests haven’t come anywhere near real life forests yet, so there’s still that.
And not only are these all located in the same game, this is only a fraction of the beautiful landscapes and architecture in it. God Elden Ring is so good!
i know this is eldan ring but honestly these could be pictures of any souls-borne game
heard the locals are friendly over there
damn bro, whats the travel budget?
Yea but did you get to the cloud district often? Oh, who am I kidding? Of course you didn’t.
Hogwarts, Blackreach, Thamur’s Corpse and Rivendell‽
Hella nice.
So you only played one game all year?
Ouch.

Elden Ring. The pinnacle of gaming. The greatest gaming experience of my lifetime. The 2022 GOTY. The greatest game of all time. Elden Ring
What are the left pictures from?
I’m planning a trip there later this month!
You’re not the only one thinking about video games as travel.

I really need to get into this game. These places look cool, beautiful, and badass at the same time.
Pathetic, i went to the past, went to the future, destroyed robot generators and fighted a fat guy with a funky moustache
Still waiting on my Raya Lucaria acceptance letter 🥲
Those are some great places. I am happy you got to experience them. 🙂
When i first went down that elevator into the underground zone my brain exploded.
Fuck yea

I see how Caelid wasn’t featured. Man, that place sucked.
My mind was blown by that Lyndell entrance
Those European cities really look awesome
Me too, Lordran, Drangleic, Lands Between.. It was a year..
I need to play Elden Ring.
I’ve visited: the deep roads, Tuchanka, Colonia, and Nuka World this year
Is this all from Elden Rang?

That’s all in elden ring right?
I travelled there too!
Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like I’ve been to all these places
the third one brings me flashback of Saint Seiya and the crusade to the sanctuary.
Great atmosphere, shame it didn’t have a good game attached to it
