I got so far into that game one day. I was able to get the warriors and got back to the hill. Then it was bed time. And I didn’t have a memory card. I had to restart every time.
i never played that game, but a buddy of mine is a huge fan and has his room full with posters of a bug’s life 🙂 my first game i played was super mario world and played it for years and years
I remember playing the demo of it on PlayStation over and over. I got the full game and was blown away they had changed stuff, that was probably the first time I ever played a prerelease version of anything and saw the changes.
I loved these Disney games back in the day. The 2D Hercules one was one of my all time favorites for awhile. This game and Toy Story 2 are also up there.
…Specifically of a time when I’d deleted all the data off my Controller Pak, but then played this months later (after using the controller pak for other stuff), then this game’s save data had somehow returned.
This along with Frogger ’97 and Asteroids ’98 were my first video games. I remember the seed mechanic being really neat. You could take an orange seed and plant a mushroom to bounce on, or turn it green and make a leaf platform, and somehow level up to turn it into a propeller flower or a beanstalk to get to other places. I guess I’m going to have to play this again
I remember throwing berries and going into the ant hill where the glowing mushrooms are. I don’t know how I remember it, I had it on PsOne and I don’t remember how I got it. I was born ‘96.
We had seven people in the house growing up and everyone played games so had a controller or a mouse in my hand from the time I was 2 lol I have no idea what I played first
A core memory, forgot all about this game. It was maybe the 3rd or 4th game I ever played, and played the heck out of it but I don’t think I ever managed to beat it.
We 100%ed this on PlayStation. Maybe we had nothing else to do. If it wasn’t for the awful 3d camera systems of the 90s I’d still consider this a top game
First game I ever played was Sonic the Hedgehog on the Sega Genesis. The first game I remember getting absolutely addicted to was Team Fortress Classic on the PC.
I have those random flashbacks to childhood video games and it drives me wild because I can’t, for the life of me, figure out what the names of the games are.

what part of hell did this come out of
I played the PS1 version a ton at my neighbor’s when I was a kid. Still remember a lot of the levels.
OH YEAH

You just broke my brain with this image. Haven’t seen this in Y E A R S
God I loved this shitty game. Toy Story 2 for N64 absolutely clears it though.
I played the fuck out of this game. Definitely not my first game, but a good memory.
Anybody ever play Bugdom on those old colored Macs at school?
I could never get past the level that you’re in a rotating can and there’s junk tumbling with you.
I can’t remember my first game I think it was a nes game that had a ninja jumping in trees

I have a lot of memories of only playing the first level as a kid. Lion king and Aladdin especially

fuck I am getting old.
MEGA BERRY!!!
Now this brings back memories.

“Effervescent lighting, I like it!”
Just got flashbacks to the fucking rain level.

I remember playing the PlayStation version in circuit city.

I enjoyed the hell out of this game on PS1
Everyone knows the best bug themed game is buck bumble
I had the demo version out of a cereal box on PC. One of my first gaming experiences
Holy nostalgia

I never could beat the desert level
NEED MORE GRAIN
I would say you were born in late 80s just a guess
Bought a retroid pocket emulator solely to play this game and relive my childhood……

Someone has been taking the lions mane

wow Nintendo 64. I remember those days. Haven’t played this one but saw the movie. Was the game good?
Back when Activision made good games
Dandelion Flight was a scary level unless you knew where the propeller plants were. Surprisingly beat this one on the PS back in the day.
This, Hercules, Toy Story 2 and Aladdin: Nasira’s Revenge were amazing.
I remember playing this at McDonald’s along with Tony Hawk and F Zero.
Coincedental, this was the first movie I ever pirated!
