Tubes are plastic now not metal, so it’s pretty easy to just grab your toothbrush and smush it up from the bottom. Voila problem solved, don’t waste time getting upset about little stuff like this.
What’s the issue? I assume there’s some sort of particular toothpaste extraction method that is 0.1% more efficient in the long term, but in all my years on the internet this is the first time I’ve seen this referenced.
That looks like clear evidence to prosecute. Legally, it will be a death sentence. Logically there is no other outcome for a felony. Most likey burned at the stake.
Take two flat pencils (round pencil crayons work great, too) and strap them together with two elastic bands, one on each end. Then feed the end of the tube through the middle of the two pencils and cinch it up so that all the toothpaste is pushed to the top.
No more excuses, no more complaints. Just remember to take off the pencils before you get rid of the tube when it’s done.

I use chip bag clips to prevent this
