I never got stuvk as a kid and when I replayed it stumped me.
Use your flipping wand, this is the solition you should be looking for.
I feel your pain, brother.
Hit his arm with the cane of Pacci when he sends one out. Then shrink and enter the door in his arm. Hit the eye that looks different inside until it’s destroyed. Then do the same with the other arm.
His second phase consists of his small eyes firing at you. Clone yourself and hit all four beams back at the four eyes at once. He’ll be stunned. Slash at him with your sword until he recovers. Repeat until he’s defeated.
Oh man it’s been so long since I played Minish Cap. All I remember is that rule number 1 of Zelda games is that the boss of a dungeon is defeated using the item you find halfway through the dungeon after the miniboss. BotW’s removal of this rule strips it of its right to be called a LoZ game. Man, we really need a new LoZ, it’s been so many years.
I remember it exactly… When the game came out fresh I was so struggling with this boss I didn’t know how to beat him and he was the reason I was called for the first time official Nintendo game support
Use the flippity stick on his arm while it is detached and moving about the place, you will see a little door at the base of it while it is flipped. Make yourself small and run into it. Attack the little lads in there and continue fighting him that way….. until the next bit 😉
If I remember correctly : jump to avoid the arms and target the eye once opened
Damn, I still remember this:
First destroy the small eyes in the middle, I think u want the bow for that. Then eventually youll be able to damage the arms / middle eye

There is something to do with the magic stick on its arm when it comes out from the ground, then… you’ll figure it out 😉
zelda games had really cool boss mechanics
The Minish Cap, my favorite Zelda game.

Hit the big red weakpoint
Zelda’s rule*: if you seee a big eye you have to hit it with an arrow when he put its defence down or change its color
*sorry I don’t remember that boss in Minish Cap -_-‘
Anyway why some japanese studios use big eyes as weak points in some boss fight?
That is due to the fact that the eye hasn’t no defence?
You gotta hit him REALLY hard
I beat those game so many times. It had some serious charm to it. I never did figure out how to get the chest in that (shoemakers?) house
Reduce their hit points to zero while keeping yours above zero.
Which zelda game is this?
Have you tried asking it nicely to go away?

Only bad part of Minish Cap was how the ultimate shield was locked behind endgame once you no longer needed it.
Get his health to 0 while keeping your health above 0.
Fisrt zelda game i beat, the best final boss in history
Vaati!
Underrated zelda game imo
I remember it exactly… When the game came out fresh I was so struggling with this boss I didn’t know how to beat him and he was the reason I was called for the first time official Nintendo game support
i used to adore this game growing up. i still do, but i used to, too.
Damn I never beat this bastard when I last played this as a kid, guess I know which game I’ll be playing next!

I love how creative zelda games bosses are.
Just attack bro are you stupid
I literaly stopped playing at this part because I couldn’t figure it out
I’d argue that this guy is likely the hardest 2D Zelda boss. Even compared to the OG Link’s Awakening shadow boss thingy.
If only Google was a thing…
They definitely haven’t had websites with this info up for 20 years.
Skill issue tbh beat it in my 10th try smh
