I checked out the saved game on it and it’s been a minute since it has been played. My pickup today from my local game store. Really happy to find a clean copy of animal crossing with the memory card! 201 months is 16.75 years and my homie needed a hug.

Man, the weed situation must have been out of control.
Wow, almost 17 years since that particular game had been touched. That’s insane.
Before New Horizons released, I loaded up my old Animal Crossing just to poke around a bit. It had been a few years but it wasn’t that bad. I also checked out my old City Folk game and it turns out that I still owe Nook about 500,000 bells. Oh well, guess I’ll just default on that loan.

My residents were all like, “We thought you forgot us.” when I revisited my DS wild world save. Weeds literally took over my town.

My brother left a bunch of his stuff in plastic bins outside, one of them was a ps2 memory card. I guess it was under a bunch of things so it didnt melt like most of the cds and games. I fired it up during lock down days in cali (mid 2020) and to my surprise it still worked! All the saves. Last touched in 2009.
