Quit smoking a few months ago… I know it’s not quite the same but I do know quitting an addiction can be a royal pain in the ass. I think about buying a pack at least once a day, but these kind of reminders on my feed always give me a little push in the right direction. Congrats!

Congrats! I’ve got my 8 months coming up in a couple of weeks.
Some days are definitely easier than others, as i’m sure you can attest to. Would you mind sharing some things that have helped you on your journey? My pink cloud is long-gone, I’m in the middle of a divorce, with two kids, and work a pretty high-stress job, and have been feeling super alone, anxious, and depressed lately. I would love any advice, especially from someone who is in a similar boat.
