My library has games from PS2 all the way to PS5 generation (Xbox and Nintendo stuff too), bluray, DVD, imported Manga, and English translated manga.
On top of books, ebooks, audio books, and tons of services like free internet use, free printing and copying, and things like resume building programs and other events.
Public libraries are the best.
Public libraries still have games ?! Damn, gotta go see mine!
Not sure if they will sell them. Mine picks up new releases which is cool
98% of public libraries also have graphic novels, a known fact thanks to some intrepid library science research that will remain nameless (me)

My local library has a 3d printer you can reserve and use.
I just wish prime 3 was a bit more. It didn’t feel as smooth as 1 and 2
