This is my director. Point blank asked in a meeting when we were finally getting a policy after a year of being told hybrid was coming at the very least. He works remote more than anyone, not that he does. Shit when he’s IN the office either. He shot it down in front of the entire group as not happening. Then went remote the next few days.
