Usually when a question is asked in a headline or news title, the answer is “No.”
This is one of the exceptions.
It’s weird to me that I’m a horrible evil monster if I don’t give the person that refilled my drink 20% of the total, but if I don’t tip the guy that spent 10m cooking over a hot stove I’m perfectly fine even though the guy cooking all the food is lucky to make 1/4 as much as the waitress.
Idgaf if my drink isn’t refilled nearly as much as if my food sucks.
