The *Dance of Dragons* is such an epic story and I’m damn confident HBO is not gonna let us down.
Read *Fire and Blood* people, it’s really accessible and more than entertaining with all the unreliable narrators and conflicting testimonies (and various narrative games like that) GRRM pulls during the book.
The shot of the Red Keep was so amazing. Really looking forward to this.

I am absolutely ecstatic about getting more of this world and setting.
I remember being in Whole Foods one day and it was uncharacteristically a ghost town. When I got to the check out the lady said “You’re not a Game of Thrones fan are you?.” Apparently it was the series finale and I was the only person the city not watching it.
I love that the trailer leaned into the characters rather than the dragons. They know what they’re doing.
I’m such a simp for the Starks; he got one line and no screen time and I’m already hyped for House Stark.
You compare this teaser to the Lotr teaser, WoT, Witcher and it’s a day and night difference.
No one is on this level for cinematography and visual effects for epic shows.

Very prepared to eat my words but this looks shit hot. The cinematography shown off, bleak but beautiful, is really reminiscent of Thrones’ earlier seasons.
Can’t wait to see Daemon Targaryen dance in front of a mirror uninterrupted for two minutes.
HBOMax shows just wreck everything else production design/cinematography-wise. No question, nothing ever looks cheap.
I have to say, I’m really confident in this. Helps that they actually have a completed story to adapt, rather than just notes.
Matt Smith looks like he belongs in this kind of show 🙌🙌
It was the writing, not the directing/acting/cinematography/score/production quality, that sank the last two seasons of Game of Thrones.
I really *really* hope they learned from that. Nail the writing, and you’re gonna have people watch. That’s literally what GOT did in its first few seasons. Great writing drew people in, the production quality followed later.

As bad as the GoT ended, I’m all in for this series. The music gave me the same chills I had when GoT was really going well.
