Art style looks a lot like Secret of Mana, but the combat is more like Final Fantasy. Monsters appear on the map when running around in the wild.
I was watching it on a TikTok stream, but it was all in Japanese and I couldn’t figure out the title.

Romancing Saga 3… Although, looking at the characters on the right side, I’m gonna say this particular screenshot is from a romhack. I know the game pretty well, and the 2nd and 4th character don’t appear anywhere.
