I love this movie, however never ever ever watch director’s cut. It turns it from this mystery and weird movie full of intrigue to home alone level of bullshit movie. Everything is explained to the audience as if they are stupid.
I like Seth Rogan’s breakout performance as he provides a key bump to his friend right in the hallway in front of the principal. You can tell he was destined for stardom.
When I was younger I had a big crush on Gretchen. Now it’s been awhile and she looks super young; but seeing her now makes me wish I’d had a girlfriend like her in high school, instead of pining after super outgoing/bubbly popular girls who I wouldn’t have gotten along with as well anyway.
Actually who am I kidding, if she’d gone to my school I’d have spent 4 years being friendly with her but being terrified of ever asking her out.
Anyway, favorite line of the movie:
> Donnie : How’s it feel to have a wacko for a son?

I don’t care what anyone says.
I enjoy the hell out of this movie.

I have genuine doubts about your commitment to Sparkle Motion
Loved the movie.
Cellar door.
I will never not think of this scene when I hear this song.
Wtf😭
Love this movie, but that mascot is some pure fucking nightmare fuel

> Rose : It feels wonderful.
And we learn from Donnie Darko where the brat girl from Addams Family goes to school with her clichy friends
Didn’t realize that Dwight Schrute’s former babysitter, and present carnal love, interest was also a teacher at Middlesex High School. r/unexpecteddm
Drew Barrymore was so bad in this. I loved the movie and don’t especially dislike her as an actress but the awful casting/performance just stood out.
That bass line is so smooth. Also, never seen the movie. I think I will watch it tomorrow.
He looks like Hellboy 😉
