Damn, that’s awesome indeed where is it?
How game improved in visuals, amazing.
Games can look real pretty nowadays.
The original design of the city was always incredible
It’s pretty apparent early in the DLC that dropping last gen consoles has given them much more to work with.
Amazing. I love what CDPR have done with the art and graphics in Cyberpunk, really at the cutting edge of the industry in terms of playable titles right now. Such a shame personally I don’t enjoy the game.
I bought the game over a year ago, have not played it yet, the 2.0 patch downloaded on my PlayStation the other day. What do people think of the game now and how it plays with latest update ?
Is this screenshot from pc?
This is from a loading screen.
I have heard the latest patch really fixed the game overall and made it really good. Insight?
The path tracing reflections are insane. Even on a 4090 without frame Gen on dlss quality the fps isn’t a stable 60 but all things considered it’s amazing that games are reaching this level
They fixed everything except the driving is still absolute shit to me. Cars handle like garbage and just overall it’s annoying.
Cyberpunk is a technical marvel. Absolutely gorgeous, insane level of detail even in random back alleys, dense, believable cityscape, and it all runs buttery smooth even with high end path tracing
It really is sooo good looking. I’ve completed 2 complete playthroughs and am so excited to get my hands on the DLC to complete yet another playthrough. Might even go for my second 100%
Uuuuuuuuuuhg.
Why did starfield and cyberpunk have to come out so close together. I’m not the type that can change between games back and forth.
I’ve seen a couple screenshots and fuck it looks good, I don’t want to do another playthrough I really loved the one I did, but man, it looks so good.
I wish starfield looked like this lol.
CDPR mic dropped a bit with this I must admit. Thinking about Cyberpunk at release compared to right now is nuts.
Both filthy and totally sterile.
Have they started filling the city with stuff or is it still pretty empty?
Were still not buying it cdpr chill
I am literally gobsmacked that this is a screenshot. This ain’t a figure of speech, my jaw physically dropped out of shock
I’m playing in Raytracing Overdrive, and holy crap this game looks insane
Does the new patch make the story, quests, combat, etc., good?
I can’t speak for console players. But on PC this game has always been beautiful.
Beyond all its flaws at launch, I have rarely felt so immersed in a video game. I remember driving in the rain and I stopped on the side of the road and just enjoyed the rain.
He, just watched an documentary about CD Projekt Red and Cyperpunk. They took this scene which, as far as I understand, is introducing you to the new district, to explain there concept of that district and general level and art design. With pyramid and the palms (plants are pretty rare in Night City) it should remind you of Vegas and the concept behind it. Everything is larger than life an this stuff. And left of the pyramid is the path they want you to take, so it got the illumination which will naturally guide you in that direction. Was pretty intersting stuff.
I remember opening this game for the first time when I got my 3080 TI. I was BLOWN AWAY by the graphics. I don’t think any game has comparable graphical quality to Cyberpunk.
It goes to show the importance in giving a game proper development time. Zelda Tears of the Kingdom was finished a year before release and Nintendo allowed the devs to wait another full year to polish and fix any bugs. Game came out pretty much flawless in terms of bugs or anything that could interfere with gameplay (crashes etc), despite all the moving parts within this game that could cause complete chaos.
Cyberpunk has come a long way from its release, but it could have been great from the very start. Will companies learn their lesson from this? I don’t think so, but one can hope
The graphics are awesome. If only the game was actually worth playing.
Tis true
I’ll try the 2.0 update for some side missions I never did but I’ll never buy the DLC until it’s $5
Is this game finally worth playing? It is the sole reason I no longer preorder games.
Hard to believe I pre-ordered this game for my PS4 PRO and can’t play the superior DLC on said device.
Im abouta start a new play thru on my ROG ALLY
If we could keep investors out of game development cyberpunk would of been a 10/10. All the cut content was them just trying to make it run on those damn old consoles and it ruined what we should of gotten.
Sure, but that’s the kind of look that works for concept art, but I would never want actual gameplay to look like.

Nice ad CDPR. Wonder if your social media team can dig you out this hole your in because after the launch of CP77 no way an I buying any of your shit without a deep discount, way after launch, way after some heavy patching and honest reviews and thr fomo hype dies down.
Only took three years. Nice work CDPR advertising agency!
With all the cyberpunk-jerking content I see on various subs, I’m starting to think this is part of a larger ad campaign.
Honestly after playing both so close to each other Cyberpunk2077 exemplified how shallow and lacking Starfield was. It felt like Starfield is a game stuck in the last generation compared to Cyberpunk.
Details, animations, having NPCs that do stuff while they talk, presentation and grandiose, worldbuilding, writing, the list goes on and on.
Even in skill builds Cyberpunk is way more interesting than the flat stat based skills of Starfield.
This reminds me I have a similar screenshot like this I’m actually using as my console background ATM but the only difference is its Elden ring instead. But anyway Great screenshot and awesome photography skills.
WTF is that sharpness. It looks abysmal. Oversharpening artifacts are everywhere. Pathtracing with 3.5 RR also introduces some whitle line artifacts at the edge of the objects as Digital Foundry showed in their analysis.
Default is 0.5 – but it is suggested that 0.25-3 is the best. And you have cranked it to %100 ! Turn it down.
God I wish was able to afford a stronger gpu. Currently have 2080 super which by all means is still pretty solid, but it’s also definitely not strong enough to run these games as beautiful as this
I started a new save with 2.0 and cranked my setting up with my new 4070, but i dont feel like it looks this good. Everything is on highest setting + raytracing.
The only thing that’s turned off is the path tracing thing.
Am i doing something wrong?
