Man…. one of the first games I ever played on the original Xbox. The graphics were awesome, gameplay was tight, and that soundtrack…. The Concept of Love, Funky Dealer, I Love Love You, etc. And it still has never been re-released anywhere. Along with Panzer Dragoon Saga and Shining Force 3, JSRF rounds out the trilogy of Sega games that have, for some mysterious reason, seem to be stuck on their original systems. Some claim Sega lost the source code. Well, whatever the case, it’s a shame.
The Xbox I was gifted back when I was fifteen had this and I think it was Sega GT racing? Man. So many memories. I can still smell that new Xbox smell. 😂
Listen: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ugo6ASPVu9g](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ugo6ASPVu9g) – this was one of the most amazing soundtrack, and as far as I know the first one to use DJ-mixed cuts between tracks so they ran continuously with no gaps. I worked at Xbox at the time and loved blasting this on the Kiosks (they had great speakers) at work after hours. The opening ‘Concept of Love’ video of gameplay was also mind blowing in the day. Great characters, awesome stylized art, cool music, fun gameplay -it had it all.
Very under rated game
The one on Dreamcast is better

Loved this game, I wish they would of re-released this for a 20th anniversary.
HELLO ALLISOOOOOOOON
Sega needs to bring this back. Same with Space Channel 5.
Still hear the music in my head….
Still go back to this classic every so often
I don’t remember if this game had an objective, but it definitely looked great and kept me playing for hours

Oof… i feel old again.
Still haven’t beat this game 😢
**UNDERSTAND, UNDERSTAND**
Wish they would rerelease this.
I was recently thinking about Jet Set Radio. I used to play it on the Dreamcast.
I’d so be down for a new one.
Shame they couldn’t have this come to backwards compatibility.
This game needs a remake

I just played through the first game last year! I want this game so bad!!!!
Is this compatible with series X? Would totally play this game on my series x.
Sweet, sweet, soul brother
Still has one of the greatest soundtracks in all of gaming.
Damn it Sega, make a remake of this game! You did it with Yakuza twice, so do it with Jet Set Radio!
Needs a switch release
*ROCK THAT SHIT HOMIE!*
Place ya bets now, ladies and gentlemen!
Staple of my childhood 🙂
