That’s very different than the Hanson I remember.
And the 2 key changes at the end was so freakin impressive.
I mean, they are obviously supremely talented, but they all KIND OF look like Joey Lawrence to me, and I just keep expecting one of them to do the classic Joey “Whoa”
Haven’t seen Hanson in a while. Those guys are so talented, glad to see them out performing and living their best life.
They do a cover of Radiohead’s “Optimistic” and it’s super legit.

I’m more impressed they were able to get an entire theater of “woo” girls to stfu long enough to sing that.
I know it’s serious, but I think I had a stroke during that performance.

the BGs where much better than their disco songs let on.
Check out the band Tinted Windows, with one of the Hanson Brothers, Bun E Carlos of Cheap Trick and James Iha of Smashing Pumpkins. Can’t remember who plays bass. The song Kind Of A Girl (I think that’s the title) is power pop heaven.
If you get a chance, listen to some of Hansen’s newer stuff. They make some pretty decent music that reminds me of of Dispatch.

Pentatonix did this at a stadium concert I attended years ago. It’s impressive, how the sound carries.
This can’t be the same Hanson group that sang “Mmm Bop”, these dudes are at least 25 years older than…….oh shit.

Another reason why I laugh when people think that pop artist can’t sing. Lol, haven’t worked in Music Studios I can tell you the average pop artist will destroy most singers.
I respect these guys so much. Many will just remember them as the MmmBop kids but they are true musicians and students of music.
