>“Four years after the events of last year’s Halloween Kills, Laurie is living with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) and is finishing writing her memoir. Michael Myers hasn’t been seen since. Laurie, after allowing the specter of Michael to determine and drive her reality for decades, has decided to liberate herself from fear and rage and embrace life. But when a young man, Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell), is accused of killing a boy he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence and terror that will force Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control, once and for all.”
Obviously the Halloween series will never end but this trailer made me sad because it might be the last time we see Jamie Lee Curtis in this franchise. Trailer looks good but the same could be said about 2018 and Kills. Hope they stick the landing
I love the movies….. but I mean at some point, the town just has to do the responsible thing and cancel Trick or Treating or implement a curfew or *something*
I was thinking it’s a little early in the year for a Halloween trailer but then I remembered it’s July and that’s only 3 months away.
Either way, I’m excited for this one. I liked 2018 a good amount and didn’t hate the last one even though it was kinda bad. Hopefully this one isn’t just filler like the last one and actually has a satisfying ending.
Unpopular opinion but I enjoyed the campiness of Halloween Kills. Felt like a B level grindhouse horror movie that I grew up loving. It wasn’t amazing but I for sure enjoyed it.
I am very rarely super negative about movies but Halloween Kills has gotta be one of the most disappointing movies I’ve ever seen. I thought 2018 was decent but Jesus I don’t understand anything about Kills. It’s amazing to me that they Allowed that movie to happen.
I’ve always been a big fan of the franchise. Love Halloween, Halloween 2, Halloween 4, Halloween H20, and Halloween (2018) but the last one just totally killed my excitement for it. of course I’m going to still watch it, but my hype is next to zero.
I couldn’t believe the same people made Halloween Kills which shit the bed in every direction after the first 30 minutes. I hope this manages to redeem the trilogy somewhat.
Let’s hope they don’t have a side plot where everyone thinks a short mental patient is somehow the verifiably gigantic Michael Myers, forcing him to jump out of a window bc they became a dumb mob that kept chanting EVIL DIES TONIGHT!
What are the odds of the movie ending with Myers dying in the end of the movie and then the audience getting a 2 second shot that he probably still alive.
No mobs, no annoying chants, already an improvement from Kills.
I really like the 2018 movie, but I loathed Kills. I just hope this one delivers, looks good so far!
In theaters October 14

Just a warning to all of you, without explicitly spoiling anything….do NOT get your hopes up if you are expecting Michael v Laurie: The Movie.
I liked Kills but the movie made clear that this new Halloween Trilogy was originally pitched as two movies. Looking foward to see how it “ends”.
Really hope I don’t have to hear “Evil dies tonight” 53 times in this one.
PUMPKIN PIES TONIGHT 🎃
I’m still pissed at how dirty they did Judy
Notice how they said “their saga ends” implying the Strode’s saga is ending but not Michael’s?
Prepare for Universal to milk another 12 “sequels”/spin-offs.

RIP Big John and Little John
2018 was great. The next one was just too wild and unbelievable for not taste

I hope Jamie Lee Curtis goes full Kevin McCallister on Michael, like paint buckets with knife shards on the edges and heated door knobs.

Narrator: “It doesn’t end.”

Watch Laurie face Michael for the last time for the fourth time!
I genuinely loved Halloween (2018).
I couldn’t believe the same people made Halloween Kills which shit the bed in every direction after the first 30 minutes. I hope this manages to redeem the trilogy somewhat.
Ppffttt. We all know that if this movie at least breaks even there’s gonna be a –
Halloween 14
Fall 2025.
Breaking even is negligible as well lol
If the twist is Kyle Richards gets to “finally” kill Michael, I will be so pissed.
2024. Halloween: Re-resurrected
I know it’s not that great of a movie, but man, Halloween Kills is such a fun time. I hope this ends up the same way.
Let’s hope they don’t have a side plot where everyone thinks a short mental patient is somehow the verifiably gigantic Michael Myers, forcing him to jump out of a window bc they became a dumb mob that kept chanting EVIL DIES TONIGHT!

Love the throwback to H20 with the garbage disposal
“Here we go again… Again…”
Halloween Ends…until we decide to milk this franchise further in a few years
