Growing up in the Gameboy generation, these handhelds hold a special place in my heart. Now almost 20 years after owning the original DS, I picked one up for my son!

Get your son a Nintendo Switch bruh. Imagine if you grew up and your dad just gave you an outdated relic like the Atari or NES instead of the thing that was specifically created to appeal to your childhood generation
I cannot begin to tell you how much time I spent on those two Mario games. I hope your son enjoyed them as much as you did!!
I can hear the starting screen just by looking at the bottom right…
NDS was a fantastic system.
I still own one.
The Gameboy generation was playing *the Gameboy* not the DS, lol
I grew up with the poor kid’s Gameboys: tiger handhelds.
The DS lite is one of the best looking systems ever imo
It’s really well designed for the year it came out
Only bad thing is the glossy outside that gets destroyed lol
Hope your son enjoys it though!
Wtf NDS is almost 20 years old 💀
The Nintendo DS has an amazing library of games
Indiana Jones 2 had a DS port? Never knew that
