My great-grandfather is the kid on the left, his older half-brother on the right
His half-brother is riding an Irish mail. It is steered with the feet and propelled forward by pulling the handle.

I have a car like the right one! I’m not sure if it’s Irish Mail – it’s red and does have a prominent logo on it but it’s in storage.
Just waiting on a grandchild or two to ride it!
