Gruntz might be overshadowed by bigger, more well known titles, but it probably was one of the games that defined my love if video games. Custom Gruntz levels was what started my journey into video game development, alongside Klick-and-Play and Half Life’s Hammer editor (aka Worldcraft!)
I remember many years ago at some big box store trying to decide between rebel assault and myst. I think I went with rebel assault. I got myst later. To this day I have no idea how to beat even a small portion of myst. Rebel assault was amazing though
“Big Box” games especially iconic/classic ones do have a market. Recently been going though many of my old ones and have sold some on the usual auction sites for surprising money.
Better if they have the game and original printed manuals and stuff, but even those missing the original media are desirable for collection and display.

Those Tomb Raider boxes are so classic.
Gunman Chronicles… now that takes me back.
Edit: Also, RIP Sierra Games, gone too soon.
The old prey case is SO nostalgic to me. I remember always seeing it as a kid when I looked at the video game section of my local blockbuster lol
Beautiful.
Quake 4 & Unreal – brings back so many memories!
Torin’s Passage! A classic that deserved a sequel.
I’d throw my wallet if they remastered it.
Duke Nukem, Unreal Tournament and Quake 4 were my top favorites of that time.
Tomb Raider is really bringing back some memories.
Lego Star Wars was a masterpiece after I learnt how to save
Dude, that HL2 box legit might be worth something if you’ve got all the stuff with it too.

Hitting me with the nostalgia with Nightfire good times during my teenage years.
I loved Myst as a young one, even though my mom solved most of the puzzles for me.
The lack of TIE-Fighter and Counter-Strike concerns me.
I am confused about the lack of Counter-Strike from that Half Life collection.
Quake 4 ❤️
I have most of the disks and keys. No boxes! Totally awesome!
The prey key may work on steam, so go try it.
Dude that’s a super sweet collection.
I was going to say that’s a rock solid collection you’re just missing the Duke Nukem. Then I spotted it, hell yeah.

Damn nice collection. All I have left is AoE 1 and 2, Roller Coaster Tycoon, and Sims. Used to have most of these.
Seeing the games all arranged on a wall at the store as a kid is seared into my memory. Same with PS1 games.
Me and my brother used to love Rebel Assault. It was like playing a Star Wars movie.
I remember many years ago at some big box store trying to decide between rebel assault and myst. I think I went with rebel assault. I got myst later. To this day I have no idea how to beat even a small portion of myst. Rebel assault was amazing though
Roger Wilco needs to come back

If you’re willing to sell Unreal 2004, please PLEASE DM me. I miss it so much
007 night fire 4 player multiplayer with bots brings back memories
When the nostalgia kicks in…
I’m a simple man – I see Lemmings, I upvote.
You should put a collection like this under glass!
MYST was great.
Why boxes so huge
Good times!
