Had the Series X for a while now, my initial reaction to both systems is that the PS5 feels more “next Gen” than the Series X in experience from controller, interface, and gameplay. I’m sure it’s a game by game basis, but the overall system feels more special.

How lucky you are to not have had to pay $100 extra for a disk drive, i couldn’t find a digital edition anywhere. Ended up buying the GoW edition and tbh Ragnarok is kinda the shit. Idk if you’ve played it but literally the only bad part is that parrying was made slower than in GoW 2018, which is fucked up but there’s so much good about it.

Neither of the “next gen” consoles are all that impressive when compared to the prior versions (One X, Ps4 Pro). Definitely not feeling the wow factor like I did when I picked up a PlayStation 3 or an Xbox 360.

Heyyyy, congrats. If you got the time to play the games I’d suggest rocking Playstation Premium Plus. You get a majority of the new big hitters for PS5 and you save a few bucks…again that’s if you got the time.
