Why not use a steam deck instead. Can run emulators natively and can also play pc games. Even a laptop works better tbh, game streaming over the internet is just too laggy imo
remove the joysticks so u only have the hard plastic d-pad to bring out true gamer blisters for games that require any kind of repeated circular motion to experience true gaming

If you have a GeForce (Nvidia GPU) you might be able to enable remote play via GeForce experience.
I’ve found input lag to be far less noticeable compared to steam link. Just look up “moonlight game streaming”.
