In Norse Mythology, Thor once dressed up in a dress in disguise as Freyja along with Loki who had shapeshifted into a beautiful woman so that Thor could promsie himself to marriage to a giant who had stolen Mjolnir.
At one point the giant lifts the veil and sees Thor dressed as Freyja staring back at him “with murderous intent.”
Loki (shapeshifted into a woman) tells the giant that that’s not hate, it’s desire because “Freyja” has not slept in eight days because of how horny she is to marry the giant.
The giant believes this, summons Mjolnir, and puts it in Thor’s lap, after which Thor picks up the hammer and beats the giant to death.
The remake is what cracked my egg.
