This is unbelievably stupid
Yeah, this is a stretch. Your finding have more to do with basic blocking/staging techniques. On top of that, the shots are not really all exact: FC keeps its secondary characters in frame during the 180 convo shots and the wide shot framed in the window slowly dollys in.
EDIT: In fact, the shot of Russo seems to actually be “POV” (though Eastwood isn’t actually looking at her, which could be your editing of the scene IDK), so there 🙂
