I use proton pass and firefox relay to hide my real email from scummy sites like these. Then, if i get spam even once, i can just hit “block”

You have to love the unplanned irony!
That’s why I use the DuckDuckGo privacy extension in Chrome – create a new e-mail address on the fly that forwards messages to the e-mail address on file. Getting spam on the temp address? Disable the temp address and spam’s all gone.
Or keep a link to 10 minute email or gorilla mail handy if you really don’t ever plan on needing an address for more than a few minutes.

I’ve gotten so fucking tired of receiving spam mail I’ve created a new email on proton, and paid for premium so I can create infinite aliases (one for each service) and know exactly which email was sold or leaked in a hack, and shut that alias down to stop receiving spam. There’s literally no other way to stop it and it’s frustrating.

I don’t mean to take it too far, but stuff like this basically signaling the doom of our culture.
I have an address i never check that is just for situations like this. They can spam it all they want and I don’t care
