For me it’s Castlevania SOTN
Chrono sleeping like a baby
I can never tire of playing Chrono Trigger. Such an incredible game. The story, the music, the graphics (even now), the characters, the gameplay. Everything is perfected.
If you haven’t played it yet – play it!
Chrono Trigger was great but I can’t bear replaying it…
Suikoden is the game for me if repeat.
I think I could play like 80% of Links Awakening in my sleep. Very happy they remade it.
Final fantasy tactics
I really wish that was the case. I have favorite games, games that I have fond memories of. But nowadays there isn’t a game “that I never get bored of playing”.
Where can we learn this power?
Super Mario RPG
A Link to the Past was my escape for so many bad nights. I still love it, always will.
Tetris
Top three favorite game of all time. The DS version added extra stuff like the cherry on top of existing perfection.
Final Fantasy Tactics V, Diablo II + Lord of Destruction, and Oblivion.
RuneScape
Quest for glory 1 – 4
Link to the past, secret of mana, FF7…
My answer is very boring, Skyrim.
Honestly just makes me sad to think about what Squaresoft has become after merging with Enix. Over a decade of almost pure gold. And now the only thing they want to do is fight CHAOS!
Super hard choices….I have one or two for each system.
NES – Zelda, Metroid
SNES – Link to the Past, Ogre Tactics
SMS – Golden Ax Warrior
Genesis – Crusader of Centy , ToeJam and Earl
Metal Gear Solid. Super short in length, full of atmosphere, and mechanically sound.
I’ll also be playing Chrono Trigger for the first time tonight on an original SNES. Here we go!
Final Fantasy 6
Mount and blade Warband
Theme Hospital is still loads of fun to play
The Eye of the Beholder Trilogy still keeps me entertained.
Red Faction or Swat 4
Secret of Monkey Island 1, 2, 3
I don’t know if this counts, but my game would be FF7. If not that then the legend of zelda: ocarina of time
Ogre Battle 64
Shining Force probably the oldest I reply. Final Fantasy Tactics is the one I replay every year
Heroes of Might & Magic III. Played it for the first time on 2nd(?) grade and still rocking it after 20ish years
Ocarina of Time or Pokémon Fire Red
Doom 1993
Heroes of Might and Magic III , such a great way to unwind
Ultima IV.
Age of Empires II.
Breath of Fire IV.
Golden sun
Earthbound for me
I could never get tired of Earthbound. The dialogue always makes it worth it, the 100th time around.
Is banjo kazooie classic. Cause that’s my go to
Baldur’s Gate… I guess there’s a third one for some reason.
Any of the GBA legend of Zelda’s for me
Call of Duty World and War, a game I probably won’t stop replaying for a long time
