This show feels like Bridgerton. All nobles, 95% of it is about jockeying for position, political marriages. I understand the high stakes and yet, as it’s a fantasy made up kingdom I kind of just don’t give a shit. And watching the King get progressively greyer, more set upon and beleaguered for 5 episodes just makes me feel as exhausted as the character being portrayed. Imagine King Baratheon got gored by that boar and then they made us watch him die for another 4 episodes. That’s what this feels like.
Finally, the story starts…
Who’s the guy speaking at the beginning. His voice is so smooth.

Lmao the king manages to survive the time jump? Bro refuses to die.
Looks like things are picking up. I like it
Why am I more excited for a 2 minute preview of House do Dragon than the entire season of Rings of Power?
I just learned that Otto Hightower (hand of the king) is the same actor who plays Adrian in Little Nicky
Those are some Strong looking boys.
That king actually lived 10 more years? Body must be full of leeches by now. Is that old Sir Criston punching another guy?
