Not much of a jackpot. Elephant garlic is way way less potent than the typical garlic you get at the grocery store. Chop this whole thing up you’ll get about the effect you’d get with 2-4 cloves of normal garlic.
TLDR it’s a classic quantity vs quality scenario. I’ll take normal garlic and just use the appropriate amount any day.
You should use this clove/bulb to grow more and see if the trait is passed on.
