This reminds me of one of the weirdest/scariest things I have ever seen. Sitting at a red light at dusk after the freeway and from the shadows a man walks out from the underpass. Normal looking guy for the most part but as he is casually walking he suddenly drops down and starts to walks on his hands and feet like an animal. Then, after a few lurches forward he stood up and kept walking completely normal. It was like he was an alien and he possessed a humans body but wasn’t sure how we operated so he was testing the walking modes. It was almost like in GTA where you’re character is walking then you forward roll out of nowhere. I thought I was losing it but my friend saw it too.
Crosswalk people are their own characters and sometimes unexplainable.
