Saying that Puntland is in a civil war is weird. Like, southern Somalia is in a civil war, and there’s a border dispute between Puntland and Somaliland, but both Somaliland and Puntland have been pretty damn stable.
It’s like saying that Congo is in a civil war and showing footage from the capital in Kinshasa, 1,000 miles away from the actual conflict in Kivu.
Well they have better roads then i have in my town thats for sure.
