CODE MONKEY
oh yes, that brings back some feelings. although I was a little too young to play myself very well, so I would watch the big kids. many Saturday afternoons
Spent my own money on this game. A good life lesson—expensive—but a good one.
lol, good one
I don’t remember it being amazing but I played it.
I remember playing pitfall. That was the best
We still had our atari in the early 90s and I remember finding and playing this game. I got stuck in a flowerpot(?) and couldn’t get out. That was my first “what the fuck is this?” moment in gaming and never touched it again.
We had a cleco-vision instead of the Atari. I got to play the Atari a little usually pitfall. If I remember correctly this is considered the worse game ever made.
Never bought the game but I love the nostalgia of a 2600 cover thank you!
It and Indiana Jones were the worst things ever coded.
No. I remember all the frustrating hours I spent trying to get him out of the hole.
If you didn’t know that the three phone pieces assemble in the shape of the letters ET, you didn’t play this game.
One of the best game, it was so good they buried tons of copy’s in the ground to preserve them
Still have my copy in a box somewhere. I played and liked it as a kid.
But I also like Dynasty Warriors 9 and Marvels Avengers, so I may just have shit taste.
Ah yes, this ‘amazing’ gem lol… in that Netflix doc I think they said they made this entire game in like 3 weeks or something haha
Real gamers enjoyed Vanguard instead.
Most people say ET was the cause of the video game crash of 1983, but I believe was all these garbage game that were already out in the market, I believe pac man was worst than ET for the 2600
Worst game ever
